รัฐบาลไทยจัดตั้งสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรก ภายใต้กระทรวงการคลัง เพื่อบริหารจัดการการออกสลากของรัฐอย่างเป็นระบบ

Government Lottery Act Enacted

ออกพระราชบัญญัติสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล พ.ศ. 2517 กำหนดโครงสร้างและอำนาจหน้าที่ของสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาลอย่างชัดเจน

The Government Lottery Act B.E. 2517 was enacted, clearly defining the structure and authority of the Government Lottery Office.

เพิ่มประเภทรางวัลและปรับปรุงระบบ

New Prize Categories & System Improvements

เพิ่มประเภทรางวัลสลาก รวมถึงรางวัลเลขท้าย 2 ตัว และ 3 ตัว เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสการถูกรางวัลของประชาชน
